Answer: The license includes a guarantee that the software will function through a time period of one year. Throughout this time period users will receive free updates of software. After the expiration of the 1 year period updates and technical support and use of software will be charged on yearly basis.
Question: What kind of guarantee is provided for scanners?
Answer: Scanners / Readers come with standard one-year RTB warranty.
In case of defective scanner in the guarantee period it is necessary to send us scanner / reader for a control and if it is determined as malfunction we will send you the new one.
Question: What of support you offer?
Answer: Usually by remote temporary Internet connection.
